Case study · Recurring governance and management communication
Building a more coherent reporting and operating-committee communication rhythm
In a multi-year broadband-company engagement, the work extended beyond a single document. The organisation needed analytical infrastructure, structured KPIs, investor-grade material and a reliable way to bring cross-departmental information into a recurring operating-committee conversation.
- 01
Complex situation
Data, analysis and updates arrived from multiple parts of the company. The monthly operating-committee material needed to be clear and complete enough to support real follow-up, while the organisation’s wider growth created additional stakeholder, fundraising and major-event communication needs.
- 02
Infographer intervention
Max worked across the reporting and communication work: helping establish KPI structure, collecting departmental inputs, shaping and producing the monthly operating-committee deck, and supporting investor and event material where needed.
- 03
Material created or strengthened
A recurring operating-committee pack with a clearer relationship between data, contributor input, narrative and follow-up—supported by a wider reporting and communication foundation.
- 04
What it enabled
A more reliable starting point for monthly operating conversations and a shared base for related stakeholder material during a period of growth.
An abstract recurring decision-material structure, built from generic labels and bars rather than confidential client content.
The work in view.
