This notice explains how Infographer B.V. processes personal data when you use this website, contact us by email or book a conversation through Calendly. It is written for business contacts and other visitors to the site.

Data we process
We keep collection proportionate to the reason you contact us.

Please do not send sensitive, confidential or special-category personal data through ordinary email or a booking form. If sensitive material needs to be shared, agree a suitable route with us first.
Why we use the data, and our legal basis

We do not use website-contact data to build advertising audiences, sell personal data or send marketing newsletters. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means, and we do not carry out profiling through this website.
Providing contact information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide the details needed to respond or schedule a conversation, we may be unable to follow up with you.
Who may receive the data
We share personal data only where necessary for the purposes above, with:
- authorised people working for or with Infographer B.V. who need the information to respond to you or deliver an engagement;
- service providers that support website hosting, business email and secure business administration, acting under appropriate contractual and confidentiality obligations where they process data for us;
- Calendly LLC when you choose to use the Calendly booking link; and
- professional advisers, insurers, public authorities or other parties where this is necessary to comply with law or protect legal rights.
Calendly provides a separate booking page. Its processing of booking data is also governed by the Calendly Privacy Notice. The LinkedIn link on this site takes you to LinkedIn; LinkedIn processes data under its own Privacy Policy.
International transfers
Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or another lawful safeguard. Calendly describes its international-processing arrangements in its privacy notice.
How long we keep data
We keep information only for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
- Initial enquiries, direct emails and booking information: normally up to 12 months after our last substantive contact.
- Information that becomes part of a client relationship: for the engagement and then for as long as needed for legal, tax, accounting or limitation-period requirements.
- Technical security logs: only for the period needed to protect and operate the website, then deleted or anonymised where possible.
We may keep information longer where this is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or where the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking cookies. It does not embed Calendly or LinkedIn content; those services are opened only when you select their links. If we introduce non-essential cookies or similar technologies, we will update this notice and ask for consent where the law requires it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- erase data;
- restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interests; and
- receive data you provided to us in a portable format where the GDPR gives you that right.
To make a request, email max@infographer.eu. We may ask for information needed to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by law.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch data protection authority. We would appreciate the opportunity to address your concern first, but this does not limit your right to complain to the authority.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our services, website technology or legal obligations change. The current version will always be published on this page with its last-updated date.
