Bespoke engagements

Some communications shape the relationship for years.

An exit. A fundraise. A first reporting year. A strategy reset. A difficult shareholder, partner or board conversation. When the moment is genuinely singular, a standard production process is not enough. Infographer builds the analytical framework, communication logic and finished material around the people, evidence and stakes involved.

  • The existing material does not contain one coherent account yet.
  • Several audiences will read the same situation differently.
  • The question is changing while the work is underway.
  • A critical meeting, decision or external moment has a real deadline.
  • The finished material must do more than report; it must clarify a position, decision or relationship.

The work is built from the substance and the communication together.

Analytical judgement

We map the source landscape: what exists, what is missing, what needs reconciling and what the information can honestly support. We establish the questions the material needs to answer.

Communication architecture

We decide how the account should travel: the order of the story, the evidence sequence, visual rules, format and production detail. A table shows precision; a chart shows a pattern; a written judgement states what neither can.

Illustrative structureFrom source material to a usable decision pack.

An illustrative document puts the key decision, evidence and next question at the centre. Source fragments sit to the left and reader questions sit to the right.

Reader questions

What changed? What needs deciding? What is the risk?

Fundraise, investor or shareholder case

One credible account across the pitch, core presentation, supporting evidence and the questions the audience will actually ask.

Strategy-day alignment

Conflicting positions made visible as genuine options, so senior participants spend the time deciding rather than deciphering.

Financial model to decision material

Financing need, return logic, scenario or trade-off expressed in material a board, shareholder or partner can use.

First-time or reset reporting

A new reporting mandate, leadership change or business shift turned into a working structure for the first critical cycle.

  1. Frame the brief

We discuss the audience, decision, source material, deadline and what would make the work successful. If the job is not right for Infographer, that should become clear here.

  2. Establish the working view

We review the relevant material, define the work boundaries and agree the people who need to contribute or approve.

  3. Build and challenge

We create the narrative and visual architecture, test it against the reader’s questions and refine the material with the team.

  4. Deliver and hand over

The result may be finished material, a template or a standard that the team can carry forward. The right handover is agreed as part of the scope.
